“The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel”: In this sequel to “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel,” Sonny Kapoor (Dev Patel) is working hard at expanding his business with a second Marigold Hotel, while planning a string of others across his beloved India. He is also planning his traditional Indian wedding to his beloved Sunaina (Tina Desae).
See how it turns out, and find out what the lodgers at the Marigold are up to now, including characters played by Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, Bill Nighy, Celia Imrie, Penelope Wilton, Ronald Pickup, Diana Hardcastle and Tamsin Greig; and what fun newcomers to the hotel, Richard Gere, Lillete Dubey and David Strathairn add to the plot.

“Cinderella,” directed by Kenneth Branagh, is Walt Disney Studios new film based on their 1950 animated classic.
After her father unexpectedly dies, young Ella (Lily James) finds herself at the mercy of her cruel stepmother (Cate Blanchett) and stepsisters, who reduce her to a scullery maid. Despite her circumstances, she refuses to despair.
An invitation to a palace ball gives Ella hope that she might reunite with the dashing stranger (Richard Madden) she met in the woods, but her stepmother prevents her from going. Help arrives in the form of a kindly beggar woman (Helena Bonham Carter) who has a magic touch for ordinary things.
The Dallas Morning News describes the film as “magically transformed into as sumptuous a live-action reimagining of its 1950 animated classic as any princess could dream of.”
“Cinderella” (rated PG) plays at 7 p.m. Friday, April 3, Saturday, April 4, Wednesday, April 8 and Thursday, April 9. One matinee on Sunday, April 5 at 2 p.m.

Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) presents “Love’s Labour’s Lost.” Shakespeare's sparkling comedy delights in championing and then unraveling an unrealistic vow, and mischievously suggesting that the study of the opposite sex is in fact the highest of all academic endeavors. Only at the end of the play is the merriment curtailed as the lovers agree to submit to a period apart, unaware that the world around them is about to be utterly transformed by the war to end all wars. RSC presents “Love’s Labour’s Won.” Better known as “Much Ado About Nothing,” Shakespeare’s comic romance plays out amidst the brittle high spirits of a post-war house party, as youthful passions run riot, lovers are deceived and happiness is threatened — before peace ultimately wins the day. Plays Thursday, April 2 at 2 and 7 p.m.
“American Sniper” Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle's pinpoint accuracy saves countless lives on the battlefield and turns him into a legend. Back home to his wife and kids after four tours of duty, however, Chris finds that it is the war he can't leave behind.
