Three arrests in Holistic Alternatives, Woolwich burglary
Three Bath men have been charged in a burglary early June 3 at Holistic Alternatives, 59 Main St., Woolwich. At 2:53 a.m., an alarm was activated. Deputy John Dietlin responded, arrived within 11 minutes and found the business had been burglarized. A trail of glass and marijuana products led through the parking lot toward Old Arrowsic Road, which is behind the business, and ended abruptly on Old Arrowsic Road.
An inventory determined a large quantity of items was stolen and several hundred dollars’ worth of property had been destroyed during the effort to get inside the business. Video footage provided some information and a subsequent investigation and citizen tips via social media yielded suspects.
On June 4, Deputy Dietlin and detectives from Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office interviewed the suspects. Those interviews, coupled with the information obtained during the investigation, the following were arrested and charged with Class C Burglary (felony) and Class C Theft (felony). The men, all of Bath, were then bailed with an Aug. 11 court appearance date: Jasper Erbes, 18; Ethen Harrison, 20; and Brodie Losier, 24.
