Tyler A. Holbrook
Tyler Alden Holbrook, 26, passed away unexpectedly on Jan. 24, 2021 in Richmond, Virginia.
Tyler was born Nov. 23, 1994 in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, son of Marc Holbrook and Tarrah (Frost) Lewis.
Tyler attended Boothbay Region High School where he graduated in 2013. He worked as a stern man on a fishing boat in Maine after graduation. After moving to Virginia in 2014, Tyler worked for a company that built wooden pallets, and then worked at a Papa John’s Pizza House delivering pizzas.
Tyler had the biggest heart and loved his family and friends so much, and enjoyed spending time with them. He loved listening to music, playing video games and he adored animals.
Tyler is survived by his father Marc, stepmother Stephanie, and sister Hayley from the Boothbay region; his mother Tarrah, stepfather Clint and sisters Carmela and Mya. He is also survived by his paternal grandmother Vicky Holbrook of Boothbay Harbor; maternal grandparents Nancy Frost and Loren Frost; and five uncles, Michael Holbrook of Boothbay Harbor, Matthew Holbrook of Rangeley, Shale Maynard and his wife Sam of Jefferson, Loren Frost and his wife Chelsey, and Manley Frost and his wife Michele. Tyler also leaves behind many special cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, William “Hooker” Holbrook, of Boothbay.
A celebration of Tyler’s life will be planned for the spring.
