Wintry mix is cause for slips

With a mix of rain, sleet, ice and snow either coating the ground or falling from the sky, there have been several slide-offs on Lincoln County roads.
As of 9 a.m. the morning of February 21, Lincoln County Sheriffs responded to separate accidents in Bristol involving a GMC Yukon, a GMC truck and Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Although no injuries were reported at the three in Bristol, there was a fatal accident earlier in the day in Somerville.
With rain expected continue throughout the day and into the night, roads could remain slushy.
