Wiscasset development survey closes Dec. 31
Wiscasset is thrilled to have been selected to participate in the Maine Community Energy Redevelopment Program (MECERP), a statewide initiative to foster economic growth and job creation in communities with energy infrastructure assets. Through MECERP, Wiscasset has been paired with an economic development consulting group—HR&A Advisors—to develop action plans and identify funding opportunities for key development projects.
We’re focusing on two important town-owned sites—Birch Point “Mason Station” and Old Ferry Road—and we need your input to ensure these projects reflect the community’s needs and aspirations.
Your feedback will help guide the vision for these sites, shaping projects that support economic activity and align with what matters most to our residents and businesses. The survey takes just 10 minutes, and your insights will make a meaningful impact.
The survey is open now and closes on Tuesday, Dec. 31. Your responses will remain confidential.
Please help us create a thriving future for Wiscasset by taking the survey and participating in the conversation. In the future, there will be a town hall meeting where the public can learn more about the program and the survey results!
