A grand jury in Cumberland County has indicted Douglas Abbott, 25, of Wiscasset on a charge of trafficking in scheduled drugs. If convicted of the class B crime, Abbott could face up to 10 years in prison. The crime allegedly occurred November 22, 2011, according to the Cumberland County District Attorney's Office.

Abbott is scheduled to be arraigned in the Unified Criminal Court in Portland on November 15, at 9:30 a.m., a court clerk said.
