The Wiscasset Board of Selectmen met Tuesday evening in executive session with the legal counsel of Murray Plumb & Murray; Peter L Murray & John Shumadine. No action was taken.

The board invites all interested parties to attend its Tuesday, Jan. 23 meeting. Legal counsel will be present to update the board on the Maine Department of Transportation litigation and settlement negotiations.
