HPC Chair Susan Blagden presents proposed changes to the Historic Preservation Ordinance. GINA HAMILTON/Wiscasset Newspaper
The Wiscasset Ordinance Review Committee on Dec. 9 focused on possible changes to the historic preservation ordinance. The Historic Preservation Commission worked several months to amend the ordinance.
Susan Blagden brought copies marked up with the possible changes. Blagden said she would do a revision and return to have the document finally approved. The next step is to go to the select board for approval, and then to the planning board for approval, before the changes face voters in the June town meeting.
