Erika Shields was looking for a fresh start and new opportunity for her career.  Her customer support and service background centered in the banking industry, and included managing a call center, working in an underwriting department, as well as, in collections and retention. When Erika found Cheney, it was a perfect fit for a new direction of learning, while still having direct contact with customers.

“Cheney goes the extra step reaching out to customers, and is much more personalized than working for a big company.  The agents have relationships with the insurance companies they deal with, know their customers, and give back to the community. Erika thrives on learning and new challenges and is excited to be part of the Cheney team.

Erika and her husband, Linwood, live in Warren and have two daughters and two grandchildren. She loves the mountains of New Hampshire where she grew up, the ocean in Maine, and has recently taken up skydiving. Erika and her husband are planning a trip to Nova Scotia this summer on their Harley Davidson motorcycle.
