The Garden Club of Wiscasset will be sponsoring a virtual program open to the public on Oct. 1 at 1 p.m. The topic”Bringing Nature Home “ in Maine is presented by Eric Topper, Maine Audubon’s director of education.

Plants, practices, and benefits involved in restoring native food webs in our gardens, yards and communities will be explored. This program is part of Maine Audubon’s new community engagement and habitat stewardship initiative based on the bestselling book “Bringing Nature Home” by Dough Tallamy.
