Signup for Toys for Tots started Oct. 1 and we will take applications until Dec. 8. After that, reach Lisa Marr at 350-5623. Our distribution this year is going to be Dec. 18, 19 and 20.

As of right now, our plan is to let the parents shop for what they want for their child or children. At this time, they will have a date and time to come in. Once they get there, they will call Marr to her know they are there. At that time, only one parent will be allowed in and they must wear a mask.

Approvals of acceptance will start coming out the beginning of December and we will start sending out dates and times for pickup. If parents would rather not shop, they can let us know and we can get a bag ready for them for each child they request toys for.

I know this year has been hard on every family and we’re ready to help everyone (must live in Lincoln County). The child must live in your household if you would be applying for them, and you must bring proof of residency and a birth certificate when you pick up toys.
