Ted enjoyed a wonderful career as a research scientist at the Boothbay Harbor division of the Maine Department of Marine Resources. His contributions to Maine marine science will be long studied and referenced.

He has inspired children, Boy and Girl Scouts, entrepreneurs, artists, hunters, fishermen, adventurers, authors, researchers and countless others with his selfless generosity. Ted was always and forever willing to donate the most valuable and influential things possible: time and attention.
His passing has left a hole in the world and in the hearts of countless people.
