Lobster dinner
“The best lobster dinner in mid-coast Maine, it’s more than food, it’s a great experience.” That’s what a number of people said about their experience at the Edgecomb Congregational Church’s annual lobster dinner last summer.
The experience will be repeated this year on Saturday, August 18 at the Edgecomb Congregational Church on Cross Point Road in Edgecomb. The lobsters will be ready to serve at 5 p.m. Dinners will be served until 6 or until the food runs out. In addition to fresh Maine lobster the menu will include corn, salads, baked beans, upside down lemon meringue pie or blueberry cake, chips and a beverage. There is inside seating and seating outside under tents. Quantities are limited and reservations are recommended. A lobster dinner is available for $15. A barbecued chicken dinner is $7. A kids hot dog meal is $3. A twin lobster dinner is $19. Take out dinners are available. To make reservations call 563-5236. Leave a message with your phone number. Your reservation will be confirmed. You can email us at ECC@gwi.net.
