Alex Gaeth, CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mid-Maine has completed the Kennebec Leadership Institute, or KLI.

KLI is an intensive, 3-month leadership program designed to provide participants the knowledge and skills to become stronger leaders in the community. The curriculum, facilitated by Steve Pecukonis of HRD Associates, covered a multitude of skills and topics ranging from communication and coaching to education and energy.

The program is co-sponsored by the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce and the University of Maine at Augusta.  Kennebec Savings Bank, a partner of Big Brothers Big Sisters in their expansion into Kennebec Valley, is also a corporate sponsor of KLI.
