There will be live music from Boogie 2 Shooz & 32 North. The Model T will be out front and center to remind us just how long this store has been serving our community. Artist vendors & demonstrations, vintage clothes, fresh flowers, chair massage! Special sales in The Barn! Ice cream & special treats from the General Store! Lawn games & activities!
This event is free & open to the public. We are really looking forward to this day to honor such a long standing community staple in Southport.
Vendor Line Up:
Brewery Bags: Brewery Bags are made in Boothbay Harbor, inspired by the good people of the Footbridge Brewery, and handcrafted out of repurposed grain and malt bags.
Gracelynn Flower Truck: Tending to Midcoast Maine in their ‘58 Jeep FC170 turned mobile flower truck, Gracelynn’s offers fresh cut flower bouquets from their farm in Boothbay.
The Noughties Clothier: Based in Boothbay, Lizzy at The Noughties Clothier has a wide, carefully curated selection of 90s, 00s, and present day clothes and accessories.
Alpine Wellness: Adella is a licensed massage therapist and herbalist based in South Portland, Maine. She will be offering chair massages and herbal products!
The Pottery Garden: Susan Norcross established The Pottery Garden in Ashland, MA as a place for the creation of both functional and whimsical pieces of pottery, where she teaches and creates her own work.
Potters Shed: At their studio in West Gardiner, ME, Todd and Elke create pottery with their own specially formulated clay and glazes, in addition to textile pieces, often made with repurposed materials.
Cape Newagen Farm: Cape Newagen Farm is home to 23 alpacas, whose fleece is used to create naturally colored fibers, yarns, and other textiles.
ABC Candles: Made here in Southport by local Shelley Burnham with the help of her daughter, ABC Candles offers 100% soy wax candles inspired by life on the coast of Maine.
Kelly Gourde: Kelly Gourde is a stone lapidary artist who creates jewelry with stones that she sources and cuts herself.
Southport Island Association: The Southport Island Association is a non-profit organization with a long tradition of serving and celebrating our special island community.
