The Woolwich Community Picnic is Saturday, Aug. 10 from 11:30 to 2 p.m. on the Woolwich Historical Society lawn, rain or shine, an announcement on the town’s website read.

The free community picnic has hamburgers, hot dogs, cotton candy, ice cream and “toe-tapping music by The Montsweagers,” the announcement stated; also during the event, the historical society will have a bake sale and open house!
