The annual 5-Mile Yard Sale down Cross Point Road in Edgecomb will be held Saturday, Aug. 10, beginning at the Edgecomb Community Church. From 8 a.m. to around 1 p.m. items will be on sale in the upper parking lot of the church at 15 Cross Point Road. The Thrift Store will also be open, and a bake sale will be taking place in the church vestry. Handmade items offered by the church’s Busy Hands group will also be on sale downstairs in the church parish hall. Coffee and church restrooms will be available for visitors as well. All proceeds will be used for the church’s mission efforts.

This is always a big day so get there early for the best offerings.

Residents along Cross Point Road will also be holding their own yard sales, so plan on spending your morning visiting each one.
