Make sea glass into wearable art
Have you collected beautiful pieces of sea glass and want to do something creative with them? Central Lincoln County Adult Education is offering a two week Sea Glass as Wearable Art course taught by Lynne Thompson beginning Wednesday, Nov. 6 at Great Salt Bay School in Damariscotta from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
Come and learn some of the basics for making your treasure into wearable art! Learn how to make a pendant and earrings out of sea glass. On the second night of class students will have the option of making a bracelet as well.
Sea glass and wire will be provided by the instructor but feel free to bring your own pieces. Each student will need their own pair of needle-nose pliers. Also, please bring a $15 materials fee payable to the instructor the first night of class. The cost of the course is $39.
