Dear Editor:

Those of us in Maine Senate District 13 (Lincoln County plus the towns of Washington and Windsor) are lucky to have the chance to reelect Sen. Cameron Reny. She understands the place we live and work and has her eye on local problems and opportunities. Her record shows she’s thrown her shoulder to the wheel in Augusta. She’s committed to affordable housing and healthcare access. She sees the connections between protecting natural resources and bulwarking our economy. The organizations supporting her range from the Professional Fire Fighters of Maine to Maine Conservation Voters, a mix that speaks to her commitment to our whole community.

It seems almost weird right now to know of a politician who has a deep, sincere interest in the well-being of all constituents -- and yet here we have one: Cameron Reny! Republican or Democrat, get to the polls and vote for her.
