The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 275 calls for service for the period of Oct. 29 to Nov. 5. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 13,417 calls for service.
Summonses
Corey A. Frizzell, 45, of Boothbay was issued summonses Oct. 29 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked and Violating Condition of Release, on Storage Lane, Boothbay, by Deputy Justin Drake.
Iva M. Young, 34, of Whitefield was issued a summons Oct. 30 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked – OUI and Violating Condition of Release, on Grand Army Road, Whitefield, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
Joseph A. Boardman, 38, of Waldoboro was issued a summons Nov. 3 for Attaching False Plates, on Bristol Road, Bristol, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Arrests
Edwardo E. Beato, 35, of Lawrence, Massachusetts was arrested Oct. 29 for Operating Vehicle without a License, on Route 1, Newcastle, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.
Alexander Zdanovich, 38, of Boothbay Harbor was arrested Oct. 29 for Operating under the Influence, on Butler Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Nathan Yeaton.
Katrina H. Pearce, 37, of Boothbay was arrested Nov. 2 on a Damariscotta Police Department warrant for Failure to Appear on an Attaching False Plates charge, at the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Wiscasset, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Richard G. McCubrey, 39, of Wiscasset was arrested Nov. 3 for Attaching False Plates and Violating Condition of Release, on Gardiner Road, Wiscasset, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.
Accidents
On Oct. 29, an accident occurred on Middle Road in Dresden involving Robert C. Husereau, 47, of Harpswell. Mr. Husereau was operating his 2017 Ford Edge northbound when a deer entered the roadway and was struck, causing front end damage. Deputy Justin Drake was the investigating officer.
On Oct. 29, an accident occurred on Patterson Road in Dresden involving Cassandra Pendergrass, 51, of Dresden. Ms. Pendergrass was operating her 2013 Toyota Tundra eastbound when a deer entered the roadway and was struck, causing damage to the front of her vehicle. Deputy Caleb Poirier was the investigating officer.
On Oct. 30, an accident occurred on South Clary Road in Jefferson involving Nicholas A. Prior, 20, of Bremen. Mr. Prior was operating his 2019 Chevrolet Silverado southbound when a deer entered the roadway from the east side and was struck. Sgt. Matthew Day was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 1, an accident occurred on River Road in Dresden involving Sandra J. Brown, 70, of Richmond. Ms. Brown was operating her 2021 Ford Edge southbound when a deer entered the roadway from the left side and was struck. Sgt. Jonathan Colby was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 1, an accident occurred on Wiscasset Road in Boothbay involving Ellen S. Newton, 76, of Boothbay and Jonathan P. Murphy, 65, of Friendship. Mr. Murphy was operating his 2023 Chevrolet Silverado southbound, preparing to turn left. Ms. Newton was operating her 2019 Toyota RAV4 behind Murphy’s vehicle and could not see him slowing down due to the sun. As a result, Newton rear ended Murphy’s vehicle. Deputy Samuel Alexander was the investigating officer.
