St. Philip's Choir and Bell Choir are presenting a Lessons and Carols service on Sunday, Dec. 29 at 9:30 a.m. in the Parish Hall at 12 Hodge St.
The carols and scripture readings are much the same as the first King's College Service of Nine Lessons and Carols performed on Christmas Eve 1918 after World War I. Although the choir will not be able to feature 16 trebles (boy's choir) as specified in statutes laid down by Henry VI, the St Philip's choirs and director Dr. Terry Heller very warmly welcome all to attend.
