Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten registration continues for the 2025/2026 school year. We will be having our open house for new students on Thursday, May 22, 5:30-6 p.m. At this event, families will be able to meet the Pre-K and Kindergarten teachers, and see their classrooms. Our bus driver, Mr. Matt will also offer a trial bus run, so new students can experience riding the bus, perhaps for the first time!

We also invite the entire community to join us at our annual Eagle’s Nest Raffle Event! On Friday, May 2, 5-7 p.m. we will have some fabulous prizes up for raffle, the 6th grade class will be selling dinner concessions, there will be a Scholastic Book Fair, Mrs. Walsh will be hosting games, and we will also have the Darling’s Ice Cream Truck! This event is open to the public and a great way to meet staff, other families and see our school!

The Pre-Kindergarten program is offered to all children who live in Edgecomb, Alna, and Westport. Children who turn four on or before Oct. 15, 2025 have priority for registration. In a situation where Edgecomb Eddy’s Pre-K has all seats full, but another eligible student signs up, they will be wait-listed in the event that a spot opens up.

The Kindergarten program is offered to all children who live in Edgecomb, Alna, and Westport. Children who turn five on or before Oct. 15, 2025 are eligible to enroll in Kindergarten.
