March musician lineup at Savory Maine
Savory Maine’s March music series will feature local musicians. Every Thursday and Saturday in Damariscotta, from 6 to 8 p.m., musicians from around the Midcoast will entertain and charm diners at Savory Maine. Come for a bowl of chowder, a burger, a beer, a cup of tea, dessert or a full meal.
Dave Martin (ragtime, contemporary and classical on acoustic guitar) kicked off the month; March 6 will feature Sylvia Tavares and Tom Arter (classic folk and original music); March 8 will feature Nancy Sferra and Giff Jamison, March 13 will feature Bob White; March 15 will feature the duo of Hurry Down Sunshine (jazz, folk and roots music); March 20 will feature Rusty Hinges rocks; March 22 will feature Bruce Hardina (eclectic folk, country and pop); March 27 will feature Gary McCue; and Kathi Nordone (folk, country, inspirational and gospel) will play March 29.
Savory Maine is located at 11 Water Street in Damariscotta and is open Thursday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. serving lunch and dinner, adding brunch on Sundays.
The dining room is available for private events and classes in the morning and all day on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The restaurant sources most of its food from Maine and essentially all of it is organically grown or wild harvested. Come in and enjoy what Maine has to offer as we collectively build a sustainable food system one delicious bite at a time. Savory Maine is proud to support local farmers, fishers, foragers, food producers, artists and musicians.
