Alna voters head to the polls today for town elections that feature no contests. First Selectman David Abbott, Road Commissioner Jeff Verney and Regional School Unit 12 board member Ralph Hilton have no challengers on the ballot as they seek new terms; and Aaron Miller is unopposed for a first term as treasurer.
Treasurer Honora Perkins did not seek reelection.
Polls are open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at the fire station on Route 218. Voters will be back at the fire station on Saturday, March 22, for the annual town meeting at 10 a.m.
