June musical lineup at Savory Maine
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m., musicians from around the Midcoast entertain and delight diners at Savory Maine. Playing in the month of June the lineup includes pop, country and ragtime.
Jan Marie Bacon is debuting at Savory Maine on June 3. She sings predominantly songs of the ’60s and ’70s, including folk, pop and Broadway with a bit of comedy thrown in the mix.
On June 5, Giff Jamison and Nancy Sferra will return, followed by Nat Hussey on June 10.
Kathi Nordone returns on June 12 with music that's a combination of folk, country, inspirational and gospel. Banjo and fiddle player Jeff Herbster brings his bluegrass and 19th century music style known as “minstrel” to Savory Maine on June 17.
On June 19 it's The Rusty Hinges followed by Dave Martin on the on June 24. Martin plays an eclectic mix of ragtime, contemporary and classical pieces on solo acoustic guitar.
Wrapping it up on June 26 is songwriter Bob White, whose style is similar to the late Jim Croce.
Savory Maine is proud to support local farmers, fishers, foragers, food producers, artists and musicians! Savory Maine is located at 11 Water Street in Damariscotta. Savory Maine is open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. serving lunch and dinner. On Sunday, brunch and dinner are served.
