Wiscasset High School Principal Cheri Towle will make her next year’s budget request to the School Committee on Wednesday, April 29. The meeting in the high school library starts at 6 p.m.

The next school year is the first that the school’s budget will cover grades seven and eight as well as nine through 12.

The school department’s maintenance and transportation director John Merry will also present his budget tonight. The presentation will include costs for the transition from three schools to two.

The agenda also calls for the committee to take action on several insurance items.
