Art show opens June 19 in Bath
A wine and cheese reception for the artists of Centre St. Arts Gallery, and guest artist Camille Davidson of Brunswick, will be held Friday, June 19 from 4 to 7 p.m.
Camille Davidson of Brunswick, guest artist through Aug. 1, works in oil and encaustic paints. She is inspired by the natural world around her as well as by spiritual themes. She has won awards nationally and has exhibited widely throughout Maine since 1984.
Nineteen local artists show their works in watercolor, oil, pastel, acrylic, casein, clay and more, at the co-op gallery in downtown Bath. They include founding and new members Sharon Bouchard, Laurie Burhoe, Judy Conlan, Sandy Crabtree, Andrea Galuza, Claudette Gamache, Livy Glaubitz, Sharon Renk Greenlaw, Marnie Hackenberg, Sarah Harvey, Jillian Herrigel, Tom Hinkle, Victoria Jackson, Daniele Lambrechts, Jackie Melissas, Lea Peterson, Jane Rosenfield, Susan Tobey, Sarah Wilde; and the bronze and stone sculpture by Andreas von Huene.
Admission to the gallery, located at 11 Centre Street in Bath is always free.
