Pinkham receives scholarships

Heidi Pinkham of Portland, daughter of Michael and Louanne Pinkham of Wiscasset, has recently been awarded two scholarships.
The Charles J. Hoff Scholarship is $4,000. This scholarship is given as a matching scholarship program. The National Cracker Barrel Scholarship of $1,500 is given annually to 55 students nationally, whom are employees or children of employees. This scholarship is to assist with financial-aide for higher education.
Heidi graduated from Wiscasset High School in 2013 and has been employed by Cracker Barrel of South Portland since then. She also received the Cracker Barrel Employee of the Month Award in September 2014.
Heidi is currently a junior at the University of Southern Maine in Portland. Her major is English and concentration in teacher education pathway K-8. She has earned the dean’s list three semesters at USM.
