The Rise Above exhibit and fly-in at Wiscasset Municipal Airport on Aug. 20 featured much to see and do, including taking in the Commemorative Air Force’s movie on the Tuskegee Airmen; a veterans award ceremony; and a Volunteers Jazz Band performance that got one couple dancing.
