The Edgecomb Community Church will be holding a fundraising event in the form of a sub sale Saturday, July 22. Church members will be taking orders for this summer event which will be replacing one of their former summer church suppers.

Choice of 6 inch sub roll, white or wheat, along with choice of either ham, turkey or vegetables with various cheeses and toppings will be available along with potato chips and a drink. All at a great deal for $7 each. Pick up at the church 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 22, or delivery available.

Order forms will be available at the church or from church members. Or, you may call Marjorie DiVece at 882-6338 to place an order by Wednesday, July 19. The church is located on 15 Cross Point Road in Edgecomb just before the Edgecomb Green elderly housing facility.

All proceeds will be used for the church’s mission work. So take an evening off from cooking and order your whole family subs, while supporting local mission work by one of your local churches.
