LincolnHealth, Coastal Senior College team up to offer free series on ‘Pro-Active Aging’
LincolnHealth and Coastal Senior College are excited to offer a new series of educational meetings designed to deliver practical information to you from healthcare professionals. “Staying in Charge: A Free Series on Pro-Active Aging” features morning classes (10 to noon ) covering topics such as dementia and Alzheimer’s, maintaining healthy bones and joints, and choices for long and short term health care. A complete list of dates and classes follows.
Participants are welcome to sign up for as few or as many of these free sessions as they wish. Meetings are aimed at making you a more informed owner of your age-enhanced body — and questions are encouraged.
