-Twice Cooked Crispy Potatoes: House roasted garlic oil, Maine sea salt, pepper, and parsley.
-Turmeric Couscous Salad: Maine honey, thyme roasted carrots, fresh parsley, scallions, rice wine vinegar, and Spanish olive oil.
