Adult Ed winter-spring class brochure available
Look for the Boothbay Region Adult and Community Education 2017 Winter/Spring brochure as an insert this week's Boothbay Register. We hope you'll take some time to browse through and find a class you want to take. This semester we are offering classes and workshops including several new classes and some returning favorites. Whether you want to improve your computer skills, express your creativity, expand your knowledge, or just have fun we're sure you'll find a class that interests you.
You can also pick up a copy of the brochure at Hannaford, Video Loft, YMCA, all four schools, town libraries, and other area locations. The brochure will also be available on our website: www.boothbayae.org next week. Don’t forget to register early to avoid disappointment! Classes that have low enrollments will be cancelled so invite a friend or two to register with you.
If you love cooking we are offering seven cooking classes this semester. If you want to improve your computer skills whether it's for a better job or your own personal use there are several computer courses to choose from. A few of the new classes include Telling and Writing Your Story, Reflexology, and Skin Care 101. We also have three boating courses, CPR and First Aid as well as a Babysitter Training class scheduled. Are you interested in local history? Two talks you won't want to miss are Damariscove and 30 Years as Editor of the Register.
