On Sept. 6, Chief Doug Snyder arrested Joey Peaslee, 42, of Whitefield for operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (fentanyl), operating while license suspended or revoked with prior, and violating condition of release.

Sgt. Jake Powers arrested Carmen Carciu, 64, of Huntington, New York for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

On Sept. 13, Officer Garrett French arrested Konstantinos Rigas, 36, of Boothbay Harbor for criminal threatening.

On Sept. 28, French arrested Norman Palmer, 36, of Boothbay for leaving scene of motor vehicle accident, driving to endanger, violation of conditional license and drinking in a motor vehicle.

On Sept. 30, Snyder arrested Alyssa Emerick, 23, of Boothbay on a warrant for failure to appear.

On Oct. 2, Snyder arrested Sinh Nguyen, 50, of Boothbay Harbor for domestic violence assault.

On Sept. 7, Powers summonsed Nikolai Cherednichenko, 26, of Berkeley, California for criminal mischief.

On Sept. 29, Officer Makenzi Strout summonsed Brenda Wong, 75, of Redondo Beach, California for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
