The Boneheads, with special guests Mark Stover, Dave Wakefield and Pat Colwell, played Van Morrison tunes all night April 15 to a sold out Boothbay Harbor Opera House.
Said Executive Director Cathy Sherrill, “The Opera House was rockin' in the best way on Saturday night, much fun!”
Dancing in the aisles, singing along in their seats (while they were seated, anyway), to the beloved songs of Van the Man, played only as the Boneheads could ... made for a night to remember.
Edgecomb’s Bob Crink, photographer about town, shot some pics of the concert. Check out the perfect Van kick by Bob Colwell as he sang “Caravan.” That kick was made famous after The Band’s Last Waltz concert and film of the Thanksgiving Day show in 1976.
