BRAF hosts two-day workshop on linear perspective
Instructor Adeline Goldminc-Tronzo will lead a new two-day workshop, “Linear Perspective in Drawing and Painting,” at the Boothbay Region Art Foundation (BRAF) on Sept. 26 and 27.
Adeline Goldminc was born and educated in Paris, France. In the mid-1970s she moved to New York City where she studied at the Art Students League with American artists Marshall Glasier, Joseph Hirsch, Robert Beverly Hale, and Norman Lewis. She holds a BFA in art and philosophy.
Over the past 35 years, she has frequently exhibited her work across the U.S. and Europe. Her work is held in numerous private collections both here and abroad.
She currently lives and works in Eliot, with her husband the painter Michael Tronzo.
The workshop at BRAF will be held 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days, is for those who are new to the concepts of perspective, for those who may have had trouble grasping it and for those interested in a review.
Goldminc-Tronzo's workshop is an easy to understand hands on exploration of the fundamentals of linear perspective.
