'The Cat at Night' featured at Story Time

The children used their developing skills with scissors to produce some unique felines at last week’s Story Time at the Wiscasset Public Library.
The new revised edition of “The Cat at Night” by Dahlov Ipcar was read. The children and parents were engaged with the story line and impressed with the wonderful illustrations.
Before the story, some of the Children’s Room new books were previewed. These books included “Uh-Oh Dodo,” a fun story of a young Dodo bird who tries hard but his efforts seems to constantly fail. Other Dahlov Ipcar books shown were the new editions of “Hard Scrabble Harvest,” “Stripes and Spots” and “The Calico Jungle.”
All are welcomed to Story Time on Wednesday’s at 10:30 a.m. in the Children’s Room.
