Lawrence Sidelinger, 55, of Bristol, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, fined $500.
Eric Buckley, 39, of Dannemora, New York, guilty of Aggravated Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for two years, all but 60 days suspended, probation of one year, and ordered to pay restitution of $20,000.
Daniel Eugene Benner, 34, of Pemaquid, probation partially revoked for Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to five months in jail, probation continued after release.
Gina Glidden, 29, of Spruce Head, probation violation for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs.
Anatolij Duchanin, 70, of Richmond, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with two priors, sentenced to jail for three years and six months, all but 30 days suspended, fined $1,100, probation of two years, and license suspended and registration suspended for three years.
Terry Holmes, 54, of Boothbay, guilty of Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon, sentenced to 10 days in jail, probation continued.
Christopher Schisler, 40, of Rockland, probation violation for Unlawful Sexual Touching, sentenced to 25 days in jail.
Leann Garricks, 30, of Wiscasset, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, fined $100, and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.
Robert C. Owens, Jr., 50, of Falmouth, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to 24 hours in jail, fined $500, and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service.
April Smeal, 41, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, sentenced to jail for six months, all suspended, probation of one year, and fined $400.
Nathan Brewer, 28, of Nobleboro, guilty of Burglary, sentenced to jail for two years, all but 60 days suspended, and probation of two years.
Michael Hood, 24, of Windsor, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 21 days, fined $500, and license suspended for 150 days. In another matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours. In another matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 72 hours.
Mark Hayward, 57, of Jefferson, guilty of Criminal Mischief, fined $200, and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.
Tabatha Campbell, 30, of Woolwich, guilty of Cruelty to Animals, fined $500..
Carrie Lawrence, 24, of Jefferson, guilty of OUI (alcohol, no test), sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $500, and license suspended for 150 days.
Nadia Carter, 24, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to 48 hours in jail, fined $500, and license suspended for 150 days. In another matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release and sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
Kimberly Lynn Wright Burby, 26, of Litchfield, guilty of two counts of Theft By Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, and one count of Theft of Services. Sentenced to three years in jail, all but 120 days suspended for the first count, 120 days for the second count, and 72 hours for Theft of Services. She will also serve two years’ probation, and was ordered to pay $1,594 in restitution.
Paula L. Richards, 40, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to 14 days in jail, fined $500, and license suspended for one year and 60 days. Also guilty of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, sentenced to 14 days in jail, and Refusing to Submit to Arrest and Detention by Physical Force, sentenced to 14 days in jail.
Joshua Benner, 28, of Damariscotta, guilty of Criminal Mischief, sentenced to 24 hours in jail.
Cainin Griffin, 20, of Wiscasset, guilty of False Registration of Deer, fined $300, and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 24 hours in jail.
