Aubrey Smith, 21, of Tennessee, crashed a car into a tree outside the Sheriff's Office in Wiscasset
A Tennessee man was arrested after crashing a car into a tree in front of the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office at around 3 a.m. on Aug. 1.
Aubrey Smith, 21, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., is charged with operating under the influence and possession of marijuana.
Smith was released from Two Bridges Regional Jail on $250 bail the same day. The incident is under investigation.
