This Giving Tuesday, Healthy Lincoln County will be partnering with Rising Tide in Damariscotta to collect dry and canned goods for Lincoln County’s charitable food systems. The Bringing Food Home van will be parked in the Rising Tide parking lot from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 28. Donations will be collected at the van. 

Suggested donations include canned vegetables, rice, peanut butter, canned tuna, canned chicken, beans, pasta, tomato sauce, granola bars, and oatmeal. Other dry goods would be greatly appreciated as well. All donations will be used to replenish Healthy Lincoln County’s stock of dry goods. This food will be distributed through free share tables and emergency food boxes across the county. The first 100 people to donate will receive a free HLC bumper sticker!
