Join Stonewall Kitchen cooking instructor, Chef Chris Toy for a one night course and experience the fresh flavors of Greek cooking. The course is being offered through Central Lincoln County Adult Education on Tuesday, Nov. 1 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Nobleboro Central School.

Learn how to prepare delectable lamb kabobs with tzatziki sauce served over rice and accompanied with fresh pita bread and a hummus and olive spread. Topping participant’s gastronomical journey is a lemon-infused rizogalo (a thick and creamy rice pudding).

So come hungry, bring a friend and enjoy an evening of food and fun, and learn something at the same time. The cost of the course, including all food costs, is $34 when registering by Oct. 25 using the promo code EARLYBIRD and is $39 for all other registrations.
