Jack C. Weaver Jr., of Westport, Maine and the Philippines went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 25, 2018. He was 57.

Son of the late Jack C. Weaver Sr. and Barbara J. (Hubbard) Wendt, he was born on April 12, 1961 in Lowville, New York.

Jack proudly served his country in the United States Army and retired from the United States Navy in 2000, as Petty Officer 1st Class.

Jack met his wife, Ceferina, of 29 yrs while stationed in the Philippines and they returned to the United States to begin their life together.

Along with his military duties and accomplishments, Jack loved to fish and enjoyed cooking for his family. He also had a genuine love for animals, especially his dog Benji who passed away in 2017.

In addition to his wife, Ceferina, Jack is survived by two brothers, Ronnie Weaver and his wife Sheila of Hopewell Junction and Bruce Hubbard of North Carolina; one sister, Sandra Ames of North Carolina; nieces Brittainy and Ambrielle and nephews Kevin and Joshua along with many others.

Visitation will take place on Monday, July 2, 2018 from noon to 2 p.m. at White, Venuto & Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 North Plank Road (Rt. 32), Newburgh, New York. A funeral service with military honors will take place at 2 p.m. following visitation at the funeral home, with Pastor David Stein officiating.

Private cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory.
