The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 192 calls for service for the period of Nov. 14 to Nov. 20. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 10,032 calls for service.

Summonses

Tammy R. Elliott, 53, of Damariscotta was issued a summons Nov. 15 for Violating Condition of Release, on Pemaquid Villas Road, Bristol, by Deputy Kasey Doyle.

A 16-year-old male juvenile from Bath was issued a summons Nov. 16 for Operating Vehicle without a License, on Wiscasset Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Owen Beattie.

Arrests

Tiffany L. Barrett, 42, of Dresden was arrested Nov. 14 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Cedar Grove Road, Dresden, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

James H. Lee, 26, of Southport Island was arrested Nov. 16 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Labrador Lane, Southport Island, by Deputy Owen Beattie.

Lawrence R. Lee, 75, of Newcastle was arrested Nov. 17 on a Lincoln County warrant for Failure to Appear on an Operating after Suspension charge, on School Street, Damariscotta, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

Jonathan G. Paul, 41, of Bremen was arrested Nov. 18 for Violating Condition of Release, on Medomak Road, Bremen, by Deputy Owen Beattie.

Thomas W. Archer, 66, of Westbrook was arrested Nov. 18 for Operating under the Influence, on Route 1, Newcastle, by Deputy Owen Beattie.

Martin R. Morenz, 67, of Newcastle was arrested Nov. 20 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Mills Road, Newcastle, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

Accidents

On Nov. 14, an accident occurred on State Route 129 in South Bristol involving Arielle Clifford, 32, of Walpole. Ms. Clifford was operating her 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe northbound when a deer entered the roadway and was struck, causing front-end damage. Deputy Jeffrey Rogers was the investigating officer.

On Nov. 15, an accident occurred on Gardiner Road in Dresden involving Catherine A. Molloy, 53, of Hallowell. Ms. Molloy was operating her 2013 Subaru Crosstrek northbound when a deer entered the roadway and struck her vehicle. Sgt. Matthew Day was the investigating officer.

On Nov. 17, an accident occurred on Route 1 in Newcastle involving Eric J. Yattaw, 39, of Freeport. Mr. Yattaw was operating his 2022 Chevrolet Silverado northbound when he struck a deer, which was entering the roadway. Deputy Nathan Yeaton was the investigating officer.

On Nov. 17, an accident occurred on Route 1 in Newcastle involving Justin R. Poppe, 35, of Warren. Mr. Poppe was operating his 2021 GMC Sierra southbound when a deer entered the left side of the roadway and collided with his vehicle. Deputy Nathan Yeaton was the investigating officer.
