The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 182 calls for service for the period of Nov. 12 to Nov. 19. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 13,830 calls for service.

Summons

Matthew R. Delano, 47, of Dresden was issued a summons Nov. 18 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked, on Calls Hill Road, Dresden, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.

Arrests

Nicolas Lewis, 19, of Pittston was arrested Nov. 16 for Operating under the Influence, on Gardiner Road, Dresden, by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.

Ranae L. Robbins, 53, of Waldoboro was arrested Nov. 16 for Operating under the Influence – No Test; Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug (x2) and a Knox County warrant for Theft, on  Gardiner Road, Jefferson, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

Sean A. Boynton, 57, of Jefferson was arrested Nov. 17 on a Sagadahoc County warrant for Failure to Appear on an Unpaid Restitution charge, on Main Street, Damariscotta, by Deputy Joseph Booth.

Accidents

On Nov. 12, an accident occurred on State Route 129 in South Bristol involving Bradford Muir, 36, of Souderton, Pennsylvania. Mr. Muir was operating his 2024 Hyundai northbound when a deer entered the roadway from the east and struck his vehicle in the front. Sgt. Matthew Day was the investigating officer.

On Nov. 12, an accident occurred on Gardiner Road in Dresden involving Pauline M. Ouellette, 57, of Gardiner. Ms. Ouellette pulled her 2020 Ford F350 into the parking lot of the Dresden Takeout. As she began backing into a parking space, in front of the building, the trailer hitch on her vehicle hit the side of the building, causing minor damage. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.

On Nov. 12, an accident occurred on Alna Road in Alna involving Harry E. Greene, 85, of Wiscasset. Mr. Greene was operating his 2023 Ford F150 southbound when he struck a deer in the roadway, damaging the passenger side doors. Deputy Kasey Doyle was the investigating officer.

On Nov. 13, an accident occurred on South Clary Road in Jefferson involving Najib H. Sanouri, 44, of Augusta. Mr. Sanouri was operating his 2014 Infinity Q50 southbound when he observed a deer enter the roadway from the southbound ditch and struck it. Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.

On Nov. 17, an accident occurred on Turner Ridge Road in Somerville involving Alexander P. Reitchel, 16, of Palermo. Mr. Reitchel was operating his 2018 Subaru Crosstrek southbound, when he came over a hill, went off the roadway on the right before losing control and traveling into a ditch.  Deputy Samuel Alexander was the investigating officer.
