Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: 8 arrests
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 238 calls for service for the period of Sept. 26 to Oct. 3. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 8,547 calls for service.
Summons
Jeffrey W. Lanham, 32, of Boothbay Harbor, was issued a summons Sept. 30 for Operating with a Suspended Registration, on US Route 1, Nobleboro, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Arrests
Kamryn L. McCormick, 28, of West Bath was arrested Sept. 27 on two warrants out of Cumberland County for Failure to Appear, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Sgt. Matthew Day.
Ashley Deahl, 34, of Waldoboro was arrested Sept. 28 for Leaving Scene of Motor Vehicle Accident and Reckless Conduct with a Dangerous Weapon, on East Pond Road, Nobleboro, by Detective Matthew Ryan.
David R. Atchison, 34, of Windsor was arrested Sept. 29 on two Kennebec County warrants for Failure to Appear for charges of Operating after Suspension and Operating without a License and another warrant for Operating after Suspension, on Windsor Road, Whitefield, by Sgt. Scott Hayden. Mr. Atchison was also issued another summons for Operating after Suspension – 3 priors.
Felicia Giles, 43, of Edgecomb was arrested Sept. 29 on a Lincoln County warrant for Harassment and Stalking- Serious Inconvience/Emotional Distress, on Eddy Road, Edgecomb, by Deputy Samuel Alexander, on behalf of an investigation by Deputy Kasey Doyle.
Jesse J. Spencer, 35, of Clinton was arrested Sept. 30 for Eluding an Officer, on US Route 1, Nobleboro, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Nicole MacDonald, 38, of Boothbay was arrested Sept. 30 for Operating under the Influence, on Appel Lane, Boothbay, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Alan M. Prior, 27, of Bremen was arrested Oct. 1 for Domestic Violence Assault and Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia, on Duck Puddle Road, Nobleboro, by Deputy Samuel Alexander, who was assisted by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
James Brawn, 36, of Dresden was arrested Oct. 1 for Operating under the Influence – 1 prior; Violating Condition of Release and a Sagadahoc County warrant for Failure to Appear, on Middle Road, Dresden, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Accidents
On Sept. 27, an accident occurred on Butler Road in Boothbay involving Victoria I. Ceglinski, 24, of Boothbay Harbor. Ms. Ceglinski was operating her 2018 Toyota RAV4 northbound when a deer ran out in front of her. Ceglinski struck the deer, causing front damage. Deputy Jeffrey Rogers was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 27, an accident occurred on River Road in Edgecomb involving Veronica E. Rudy, 63, of Southport. Ms. Rudy was operating her 2019 Toyota Camry southbound when a deer ran in front of her vehicle and was struck, causing front damage. Deputy Jeffrey Rogers was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 28, an accident occurred on State Route 129 in South Bristol involving Parker C. Brewer, 33, of Round Pond. Mr. Brewer was operating his 2006 Dodge Ram25 northbound when a deer entered the roadway from the southbound ditch and struck his vehicle. Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.
On 09/28/23, an accident occurred on Corey Lane (Boothbay Post Office) in Boothbay involving Barbara R. Dusseault, 77, of Boothbay. Ms. Dusseault’s 2020 Mercedes-Benz was parked in a parking space when a vehicle (unknown) backed into the rear passenger quarter panel and left the scene. Deputy Samuel Alexander was the investigating officer.
