Lincoln County Sheriff's Office: 5 arrests
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 283 calls for service for the period of March 11 to March 18. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 3,059 calls for service.
Summonses
Nicholas A. MacPhee, 36, of South Bristol was issued a summons March 11 for Aggravated Criminal Mischief, on Kelly Street, Bristol, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Edwin Marcelo Marcatoma Naula, 20, of Milford, Massachusetts was issued a summons March 11 for Operating Vehicle without a License, on US Route 1, Waldoboro, by Deputy Jerold Winslow
George Ganson, Jr., 41, of Bristol was issued a summons March 17 for Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report, on State Route 32, Bristol, by Deputy Jeffrey Rogers.
Arrests
Nicholas A. MacPhee, 36, of South Bristol was arrested March 11 for Operating under the Influence – No Test; Assault on an Officer and Terrorizing, on Glick Lane, Bristol, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Brendon M. McLellan, 38, of Wiscasset was arrested March 11 for Violating Condition of Release, on Wawenock Road, Edgecomb, by Transport Deputy James Read.
Bryan S. Black, 53, of Boothbay was arrested March 13 for Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation – 2 priors and Violating Condition of Release, on River Road, Boothbay, by Sgt. Scott Hayden, who was assisted by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Amber M. Farmer, 25, of Harpswell was arrested March 16 for Criminal Mischief (Domestic) and Violating Condition of Release, on Egypt Road, Jefferson, by Sgt. Scott Hayden, who was assisted by Deputy Nathan Yeaton.
Daniel H. Lewis, 32, of Boothbay was arrested March 16 on a Sagadahoc County warrant for Failure to Appear on an Unpaid Fines charge. Mr. Lewis turned himself in to Deputy Joseph Booth at the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Wiscasset, where he paid his warrant and bailed from the Sheriff’s Office.
Accidents
On March 12, an accident occurred on Boothbay Road in Edgecomb involving Lauri A. Bailey, 71, of Woolwich and Elizabeth A. O’Reilly, 73, of Westport Island. Ms. Bailey was traveling southbound in her 2023 Chrysler Pacifica and had stopped as she approached a construction zone, just after a blind hill. Ms. O’Reilly was traveling behind Bailey in her 2012 Volvo XC60 and was unable to stop in time and struck the rear of Bailey’s vehicle. Deputy Ethan Burns was the investigating officer.
On March 13, an accident occurred on State Route 32 in Bristol involving George Ganson, Jr., 41, of Bristol. Mr. Ganson was operating his 2018 GMC Sierra southbound when he lost control of his vehicle. As a result, he went off the roadway on the left and struck a boulder, causing front and undercarriage damage. Deputy Jeffrey Rogers was the investigating officer.
