The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 237 calls for service for the period of March 4 to March 11. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 2,776 calls for service.
Summonses
James J. Gray, 35, of Oakland was issued a summons March 4 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked – Prior, on Academy Hill, Newcastle, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
Michael L. Niedorowski, 42, of Windsor was issued a summons March 8 for Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation, on Rockland Road, Jefferson, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
Arrests
Michael J. Austin, 39, of Oakland was arrested March 4 on a Kennebec County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Theft charge, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
Joel P. Curley, 63, of Boothbay Harbor was arrested March 5 on two arrest warrants out of Lincoln County for Failure to Appear; one arrest warrant out of Farmington Police on an Indictment; one arrest warrant out of Cumberland County for Failure to Appear; Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation – 1 prior; Violating Condition of Release (x5) and Attaching False Plates, on Wiscasset Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Collin X. Kalina, 29, of Bristol was arrested March 5 for Operating under the Influence – No Test; Operating Vehicle without a License and Violating Condition of Release, on Indian Trail, Bristol, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Andrew R. Cardillo, 23, of Nobleboro was arrested March 6 for Operating under the Influence, on US Route 1, Damariscotta, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Roman I. Petersen, 40, of Edgecomb was arrested March 9 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Middle Road, Edgecomb, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.
Accident
On March 5, an accident occurred on Townhouse Road in Whitefield involving Aaron Miller, 51, of Alna. Mr. Miller was operating his 2008 Infinity FX35 southbound when he struck a deer in the roadway. Deputy Kasey Doyle was the investigating officer.
