Summonses
Sirenna J. Butler, 23, of Warren was issued a summons Dec. 31 for Violating Condition of Release, on School Street, Damariscotta, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Jesse J. Lucier, 42, of Nobleboro was issued a summons Jan. 2 for Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation, on Flood Avenue, Wiscasset, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Timothy C. Telega, 29, of Sunderland, Massachusetts was issued a summons Jan. 5 for Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident, on Jones Woods Road, Newcastle, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.
Arrests
Emily R. Schroder, 32, of Groton, Connecticut was arrested Jan. 1 on a Lincoln County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Motor Vehicle Speeding – 30 + MPH over charge, on Main Street, Newcastle, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.
Douglas Churchill, 41, of Bristol was arrested Jan. 2 on a Lincoln County warrant for Failure to Appear on an Aggravated Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs charge, on Bay Woods Road, Bristol, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Crystal Bourassa, 37, of Bristol was arrested Jan. 2 on a Lincoln County warrant for Failure to Appear on an Aggravated Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs charge, on Bay Woods Road, Bristol, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Adam T. Benner, 39, of Waldoboro was arrested Jan. 3 on a Lincoln County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Contempt Hearing charge, on Cross Street, Waldoboro, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Jason A. Johnson-Rivera, 19, of New Bedford, Massachusetts was arrested Jan. 4 for Assault on an Officer, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.
Leroy D. Malcolm, Jr., 42, of Detroit was arrested Jan. 6 on five Penobscot County warrants for Failure to Appear on Unpaid Restitution charges, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
Accidents
On Dec. 31, an accident occurred on River Road in Newcastle involving Ashley A. Grierson, 39, of Waldoboro and Travis L. Creamer, 28, of Damariscotta. Ms. Grierson was operating her 2010 Chevrolet southbound and Mr. Creamer was operating his 2022 Dodge 3500 also southbound, behind Grierson’s vehicle. Grierson came to a stop in the travel lane and pulled slightly over to the right side shoulder with the right blinker on. Creamer slowly proceeded out around Grierson’s vehicle to pass and Grierson turned left and struck the passenger’s side rear lift gate of Creamer’s vehicle. Deputy Mark Fortin was the investigating officer.
On Jan. 1, an accident occurred on East River Road in Whitefield involving Ashilee G. Embler, 37, of Warren. Ms. Embler was operating her 2021 Mazda 6 northbound when she lost control of her vehicle, traveled off the roadway and into a ditch. Deputy Jerold Winslow was the investigating officer.
On Jan. 2, an accident occurred on Middle Road in Dresden involving Nishell L. Ayer, 33, of Pittston. Ms. Ayer was operating her 2021 Toyota Rav4 southbound when she struck a deer that was in the roadway. Deputy Ethan Burns was the investigating officer.
On Jan. 2, an accident occurred on Back Meadow Road in Nobleboro involving Joshua R. Hunt, 36, of Damariscotta. Mr. Hunt was operating his 2011 Mazda 3 northbound when he hit a pothole and the front tire broke off. Deputy Jerold Winslow was the investigating officer.
