Louise S. Farrin
Louise Susan "Suzi" Farrin died peacefully on January 12, 2014.
She was born on December 31, 1947 at St. Andrews Hospital as Louise Susan Waite. She spent her life working and raising her three children, here in Boothbay Harbor.
Suzi attended Southport Central School, continued her education in Boothbay Harbor, later earning her diploma from Boothbay Region High School. After high school, Suzi worked for several local businesses. Some of her fondest memories are of her days at Brown's Wharf. Other places she was employed were The Foc'sle, The Five And Ten and Jordan's Upstairs/Downstairs.
Suzi will be be fondly remembered for the wonderful smells and tastes that once streamed from her kitchen, her ready and ceaseless sense of humor, and a unique zeal that could only be defined by her personality. Those who truly knew Suzi will remember all of those things; and will always admire her strong spirit, and her ability to offer a smile or a kind word with the greatest of ease.
Suzi is survived by her mother, Evelyn Snowman; brothers Jack Waite and David Waite; daughter, Lisa Page and her husband, Neal Page; son, Jason Farrin; and daughter, Stephanie Farrin. She is also survived by her niece, Jasmine; a nephew, Eric; grandchildren Katherine, Jacalynn, Christian, Winter, Sam and Isaac; as well as several great nieces and nephews.
