“Mainely Nude” is a show that celebrates the human form. All are invited to this annual art show opening this coming Saturday, Feb. 17 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Boothbay Region Art Foundation at 1 Townsend Ave. in downtown Boothbay Harbor.
Artists have submitted sculptures, paintings, photographs, and mixed media. Viewers will find exciting and unusual interpretations of nudes in this fun and refreshing exhibition. All work is for sale (unless otherwise noted).
Art lovers will cast votes for the 2024 People’s Choice Award, too! Last year, Sarah Wilde’s “Rub-A-Dub-Dub” of three ladies in a hot tub won the honor.
The show run is through March 11. The Gallery’s winter hours are Thursday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
